The entire Microsoft 365 application suite is completely free for NECC students. Microsoft 365 includes Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneNote, and OneDrive.
After you have logged into your account, you can choose to locally install Microsoft 365 apps. This will allow to you use them if you are offline.
- Click on Apps on the left-hand side of the page.
- From the Apps page, click on the Install apps button located in the top-right corner.
- Click on Microsoft 365 apps.
- From the My Account page, click on Install Office under Office apps & devices.
- The Office executable (.exe) file will download to your computer.
- Click on the .exe file, then follow the directions to install the Microsoft 365 suite of apps on your computer.
