Specific journal titles can be found in Full-Text Finder where you can search for full-text journals relating to Food, Cooking, Nutrition, etc. Click on a specific title to see a chronological list of issues.
You can then either choose a specific issue or search within that journal using the search box.

Searching is most successful when a topic is broken down into keywords joined by 'and.'
