Local History & Digital Archives

Over 200 member institutions from across the state that provide access to thousands of images, documents, and sound recordings that have been digitized by member institutions so that they may be available to researchers, students, and the general public.

The Digital Public Library of America brings together the riches of America’s libraries, archives, and museums, and makes them freely available to the world.

"The Library of Congress is the largest library in the world, with millions of books, recordings, photographs, newspapers, maps and manuscripts in its collections. The Library is the main research arm of the U.S. Congress and the home of the U.S. Copyright Office."

NOBLE Digital Heritage, a project of the North of Boston Library Exchange, Inc. (NOBLE) and its member libraries is a repository of resources comprised of materials from member libraries including: Beverly, Danvers, Gloucester, Lynn, Andover, Peabody, Reading, Salem, Saugus, Swampscott, Wakefield and Wintrop.

This is a digitized collection of NECC yearbooks, academic catalogs and course descriptions and curricula currently hosted on Internet Archive.
