Yes. Your library card number and your PIN allow you to request books and other items online. You may choose either Haverhill or Lawrence as your pickup location.
How long does it take for books to arrive?
It normally takes from three to five business days for available books to arrive from other HELM libraries, but it can take longer. Books requested from either NECC campus should arrive the next business day.

Your password is your 8-digit birthday.
(For instance, if your birthday is April 15, 1996, your password is: 04151996)
If this information does not work, contact the library. NECC ID numbers expire once you stop taking classes, or after a set period of time if you are not a student.
